ShiftClick approached the Monroe Farmers’ Market—a local non-profit organization—with the idea of creating a website and series of social networking campaigns to boost foot traffic to this seasonal market.
Close monitoring of site traffic provided the organizers of the market with valuable information on how to better promote it’s offering to the community. Coupled with a Facebook page and regular updates via an e-newsletter sent by market organizers, recognition of the market grew and patronage increased steadily over the course of the season. Simple, regularly-timed updates served to broaden advertising reach in a very cost-effective way.
